They’re extremely reliable, which helps reduce downtime and maintenance. Just as important, their superior designs meet environmental concerns and are fuel-efficient, light and well-balanced. Their larger tool compartments hold 90-lb. breakers, various tools and hoses.
Other features include the drainage of the engine oil and water to the outside of the machine and hand-operated compressor oil and fuel drains so that no tools are required. In addition, new external oil/air separator filter and cartridge-type fuel filter reduce service time and cost and side-by-side radiator and oil cooler are more efficient and easier to clean.

AKS
Everett Industries, an abrasive cut-off machine and wheel manufacturer since 1962, is known for manufacturing abrasive cutoff saws and wheels that perform the best, last the longest and provide the most value on the market today.
Everett offers a wide variety of cutoff saws and wheels for many applications. Both wet saws and dry sawsare used for cutting many types of metals.
Dry cutting machines are used for cutting applications such as hydraulic hoses or metal cutting such as wire rope. Their dry cutoff saws cut solids up to 6″ and shapes up to 7″ in diameter. Their most popular saws include 14″-16″ straight dry saw, 20″-22″ straight dry saw and 14″-16″ miter dry saw. Get quality cuts with their fiberglass reinforced cutting wheels or standard cutting wheels. Their most popular dry cutting wheel is the 45FG abrasive wheel.

AKS Cutting Systems
AKS Cutting Systems is a 100+ year old, USA manufacturer of CNC plasma, WaterJet and oxy-fuel cutting machines. Based in Cleveland, Ohio AKS offers a full line of very robust cutting tables.
There are three different models to suit the needs of a very diverse market. The AKS tru-kut is a CNC X-Y programmable plasma cutting system incorporating a traditional “air” plasma power supply unit, or upgrading to the tru-kut “X” using the Hypertherm XPR X-Definition® plasma cutting power supply. For thicker material and larger plates, while still using the unitized design, the accu-kut combines the best of Hypertherm SureCut™ plasma technology with over 100 years of AKS superior machine-building experience, built to our exacting specifications. ARCON STUDHORSE 1200
The Arcon Studhorse 1200 welds up to 1200A for up to 3/4″ (19mm) full base studs, headed or threaded, in an 80lb unit Studhorse welder. It can weld steel, stainless and aluminum.
Some of its features are a low open circuit voltage of down to 8V, corrosion protection, runs on 30A slow blow fuse, and can be powered by 70KVA or 60KWA generator.

BUG-O WELDER & TURNING ROLLERS
The Bug-O welding and cutting tools uses speed controlled rollers to turn pipe or other rounded material while the welding or cutting operation is performed.
A remote foot switch allows hands-free run and stop control. In addition, a “forward/stop/reverse” switch with potentiometer allows for step less speed adjustment. An 8-slot turntable provides for quick mounting and holding of a fixture.
